    Responsibilities

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and achieve sales targets
    Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet their strategic objectives
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to expand our client base
    Collaborate with the consulting team to develop proposals, project plans, and pricing strategies
    Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth
    Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and establish strong industry connections
    Keep abreast of market dynamics, industry best practices, and competitive offerings to stay ahead in the market
    Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
    Proven experience in business development within the management consulting industry
    In-depth knowledge of business development principles, strategies, and techniques
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex business challenges
    Result-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering tangible results
    Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
