Essential Functions

  • Supports the development of the annual budget and periodic forecasts for all business lines. Requires regular coordination with key stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Supports the development of balance sheet and cash flow projections for the system.
  • Identifies trends and relationships that support projections in the systemwide forecast and budget.
  • Develops and maintains adhoc reports and sophisticated financial models as needed for various business scenarios and project opportunities, including new business lines.
  • Evaluates profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the organization.
  • Supports preparation of fiveyear and longterm strategic financial projections.
  • Analyzes and evaluates pricing structures for the organization's different business lines.
  • Supports the coordination of financial data requests for various external agencies.
  • Validates that any updates implemented by the FP&A team are made in all systems and maintains process documentation accordingly.

Qualifications Experience**:


  • 3 plus years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Proficiency and efficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite with strong emphasis on Excel.
  • Knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning software or other budgeting/forecasting software.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Query, or other data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of preparation of financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles including Balance Sheet, Operating Statement and Statement of Cash Flows.
  • Public accounting experience preferred.
  • Senior Living or Health Care industry experience preferred.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. (CPA Preferred)


Salary Range:
$85,000 - $115,000 based on experience


Work Location:
Hybrid arrangement of remote work environment with ability to commute to corporate office as necessary (Frederick, MD).
