- Cultivate and maintain a robust pipeline to meet both account plan and company sales objectives.
- Establish yourself as the go-to resource for Developers through active participation in professional organizations and generating referrals.
- Consistently surpass weekly behavior KPIs, including networking events, presentations, referrals, and strategic meetings.
- Effectively manage a targeted account list by nurturing contacts and implementing strategic account management techniques.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
- Coachable mindset with a strong aptitude for relationship building.
- Positive attitude with a focus on presenting solutions rather than excuses.
- Self-awareness and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
- Bachelor's Degree in business or equivalent experience.
- Competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $150,000, including base salary, commission, and bonuses at quota attainment in the first year.
