    Account Manager

    As an Account Executive at Anova, you'll play a pivotal role as the face of our organization. You'll educate communities about the design, manufacturing, and benefits of our exquisite outdoor furnishings while forging strong, professional relationships with our customers.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Spearhead the growth of Anova's outdoor site furnishing sales within the Developer sub-segment.
    • Cultivate and maintain a robust pipeline to meet both account plan and company sales objectives.
    • Establish yourself as the go-to resource for Developers through active participation in professional organizations and generating referrals.
    • Consistently surpass weekly behavior KPIs, including networking events, presentations, referrals, and strategic meetings.
    • Effectively manage a targeted account list by nurturing contacts and implementing strategic account management techniques.

    Your Profile:

    • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
    • Coachable mindset with a strong aptitude for relationship building.
    • Positive attitude with a focus on presenting solutions rather than excuses.
    • Self-awareness and a drive for continuous improvement.
    • Willingness to travel up to 40%.

    Preferred Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree in business or equivalent experience.

    • Competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $150,000, including base salary, commission, and bonuses at quota attainment in the first year.
