How is a company actually structured? And what do the people who work there do all day? At Mewa, you will find answers to these questions.
During your training, you will go through various commercial departments of our company. This way, you will soon see the big picture and find out how everything fits together.
For example, you will be assigned to departments such as customer service, human resources, and accounting for several weeks. Here, you will learn about the respective tasks, get to know colleagues, actively support daily tasks, and coordinate small projects. You will also get a glimpse into our production areas.
Your tasks will be diverse: for example, you will support the human resources team in recruiting new employees or organizing employee training. Do you enjoy working with numbers? Then you will thrive in our accounting department. Do you like talking on the phone and have good communication skills? Then you can impress in customer service.
But it's not just in practice that you will expand your experience and knowledge: you will also attend in-house training and, of course, vocational school.
