We are seeking a candidate to join our team in Middletown, IA to support our "Labor Standards, Health & Strategic Work Relations" department.

As a "Safety & Health Regional Coordinator EMEA (M/F/divers)", your responsibilities will include:


  • Conducting crosssectoral safety and health compliance checks
  • Ensuring consistent safety and health governance throughout the EMEA region
  • Monitoring performance and comparing results across all entities in the region
  • Conducting systematic gap analyses on the Safety & Health Management System
  • Leading group safety and health audits
  • Implementing a safety and health maturity index tool
  • Promoting a strong safety and health culture

Profile:


Education / Certification:

  • Completed studies, preferably in engineering or a related field, or equivalent qualification
  • Safety and health certification
  • Qualified in ISO 19011, ISO 45001

Professional Experience:

  • Several years of experience in safety and health, such as a safety engineer, occupational safety specialist, health manager, or occupational health specialist
  • Experience in conducting internal audits on occupational health and safety

Project Experience:
Experience in project management as a project leader

Leadership Mindset:
Ideally, experience in leading teams and providing guidance, motivating teams to enforce safety and health rules and promoting a safety and health culture

Language Skills:
Fluent in German, both spoken and written; at least fluent in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of another language is desirable


Intercultural Experience:
Experience
