Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment.
This is a hands-on role that requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Supervise and coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs or projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency in electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and logic controllers
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Basic welding skills for minor repairs or modifications
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities

Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
- Towing: 1 year (preferred)
- Snow plowing: 2 years (preferred)

- Addison, IL required)
