Responsibilities:_
- Setting, confirming, and preparing for appointments to expedite the guest service experience
- Greeting guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Determining vehicle needs based on guest information, a vehicle walkaround, and a technician's multipoint inspection
- Producing repair orders for guests with full transparency including cost and time estimates
- Communicating frequently with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work
- Following up with guests on the status of their vehicle
- Gaining superior product knowledge to effectively help guest with service maintenance requirements and warranty information
Requirements _
- Strong desire to provide an exceptional guest experience
- Ability to achieve targeted goals
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment with demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid instate driver's license and must maintain an acceptable, safe driving record for the duration on employment
Pay:
$80, $120,000.00 per year
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
- Torrance, CA 90505: Relocate before starting work (required)
