Responsibilities:


  • Manage clerical/office tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing office equipment, maintaining records, creating digital job sheets, answering phones, ordering supplies, etc.
  • Superior customer service in all mediums of communication, written, telephone and in person to internal and external clients in a professional, positive manner.
  • Coordinate company lunches, team events, birthdays, etc.
  • Make scheduling arrangements, deliveries, and reservations, such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations
  • Managing office bills, sending them off for approval, reconciling and entering into accounting system.
  • Manage the company's Sample program including packing and shipping samples
  • Manage showroom and product, keeping track of incoming/outgoing shipments and keeping the showroom organized at all times.
  • Manage suppliers, communicating new product to the team and schedule meetings when needed
  • Facilitate Company eblasts when needed
  • Updating vendor Catalogs on the company's website
  • Manage house accounts, sourcing product, entering and processing orders and customer information into our order management system
  • Develop a thorough working knowledge of the order process to accurately produce job jackets, ensure orders ship timely and are invoiced efficiently
**This is a hybrid role, the person we are looking for is a go getter and self starter, who is able to take direction from multiple departments/team members and help out when needed. Work on various miscellaneous projects as determined by management to assist with day to day operations.


Qualifications:

  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fastpaced quickly changing environment
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving with strong decisionmaking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be able to lift/carry/pack 1520lb boxes

From $22.00 per hour
