    Atlanta, GA

    The **Senior Conference Planning Manager** will support the operation and management of the Global Communication Center (GCC) and shall provide full service approach to accomplish the overall integration of services and operation of the Global Communication Center (GCC).

    **Responsibilities**

    + Manage all aspects of planned conferences and events at the GCC.

    + Ensure that all logistical activities are in place to facilitate successful meeting, conferences, trainings, all hands and after hour events.

    + Provide comprehensive integration of all services necessary including but not limited to the following: event planning, event set-setup, janitorial, CRSS and audiovisual needs. The primary goal of this program is to provide a full-service approach to all GCC services offered to building occupants and visitors.

    + Properly train, equip, and manage personnel to provide needed services.

    + Develop a method of contacting key employees and other staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A supervisor shall be on duty during business hours and during all scheduled meetings, conferences, and events for the purpose of supervising, training their employees, and to receiving feedback from building occupants and visitors.

    + Shall provide building schedule and event information to all building occupants via electronic communication and by posting this information throughout the building.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    **Qualifications**

    + BA or BS degree in hospitality management, communications, marketing, or public relations or

    + Minimum (4) four years directly related work experience.

    **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**

    + Building must be operated and maintained at a superior level, creating an environment and atmosphere of excellence and graciousness.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

    + Event coordination experience.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

    + Work to prioritize workload and delegate the appropriate work to meet the needs of the client/event.

    + Event conference planning management experience

    While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee may use repeated motions that include the arms, wrists, hands and/or fingers. The employee is occasionally required to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
