Bruceton 'Die Lafim-Diakonie für Menschen im Alter gGmbH is looking for you for the Evangelisches Seniorenzentrum Kloster Lindow in 16835 Lindow, starting as soon as possible, in full-time with 40 hours/week in preparation for succession.

Located directly on Lake Wutzsee, our Evangelisches Seniorenzentrum offers 46 full-time care places and five short-term and respite care places.

In addition, we also have a day care center and assisted living apartments. The city center and the old monastery are in close proximity.

What can you expect? * In a 12-month introductory program, you will take on the role of nursing director for full-time care.

* You will support the management team and manage communication within the location.

* You will develop, coordinate, and manage the admission and discharge process, as well as the care and support process.

* You will be involved in day-to-day operations and contribute to the development of our concept.'
