    Our client is a top provider of customized solutions in Industrial Automation, Digitalization, and Engineering. Based in Houston, Texas, they have a global presence in the USA, Europe, and a Global Engineering Services Center in Pune, India. They have partnerships with leading automation and digitalization OEMs to cater to over 250 clients worldwide.

    Position Available:

    Seeking a Senior Automation Sales Engineer/Manager for their Los Angeles, CA and Houston, TX offices as part of their growth initiatives.

    Focus Areas:

    • - Siemens PCS7 Systems
    • and HMI/SCADA Solutions - Siemens, Rockwell, Ignition SCADA
    • Electrical Engineering - Auto CAD and EPLAN
    • Robotics Solutions
    • Turnkey Solutions with Control Panels

    Target Audience:

    End users, OEMs, EPCs, System Integrators in industries like manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, F&B, etc.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop sales strategies.
    • Conduct market research and leverage networks.
    • Identify and acquire new customers.
    • Create marketing collateral.
    • Generate prospect funnel.
    • Negotiate contracts and manage client relationships.
    • Deliver regular sales forecasts and reports.
    • Collaborate to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in selling Control Automation and Engineering Services in North America.
    • Knowledge of Industrial Automation products like DCS, Robotics, PLC, SCADA systems.
    • Proven track record in goal achievement.
    • Experience across the sales cycle and project management.
    • Must be willing to travel and display self-motivation.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
    • Post Graduate degree in Management/Business is advantageous.
