Our prestigious and state of the art, periodontics and implantology practice is looking for a part-time Professional Relationship Director.

Our top performing doctors and team provide specialty care to our patients, with a focus on developing lasting, trusted relationships with our referrals.

The Professional Relationship Director is a true liaison between our referring dentists and our practice. This individual partners with our referral base to plan and implement education and growth strategies that benefit both parties.

Primary Duties Include:

Develop and maintain relationships with Drs. in the community
Plan and coordinate study clubs, doctor meetings and events
Study club growth management
CE coordination / organization / management for referral base
Tracking growth and success of the practice
Outreach to prospective referring doctors

A successful Professional Relationships Director will have the following qualifications:

This position is ideal for someone who has a clinical background, is a dental hygienist or has sales experience in the dental industry
Impeccable oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in the field daily visiting practices
Organized and detail oriented
Likes to learn / always open to improvement
Resourceful and Innovative

Schedule:
This position is part time, approx. 20 hours a week available Monday to Friday.

Early mornings and evenings will be required to attend or plan study clubs and events.

A personal vehicle is necessary for this position as excursions to local dental offices will be required on a regular basis - Mileage Reimbursement

Travel up to 75%
