Managing a department of up to 15 people

• Tracking production time
• Scrap rates
• Employee errors
• Prioritizing jobs to keep the machines moving as efficiently as possible

Improving production rates whenever possible and working with management to increase efficiency and throughput on all machines in the department.

The position will average 50 hours per week including coming in prior to the regular start of first shift to get the machines going and ready for the operators when they arrive.

Some Saturdays are required.

We are willing to train someone with experience setting up and running other high accuracy production work.


Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
