Responsibilities will include:
Coordinate closely with internal teams such as operations, warehousing, and transportation to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Manage information in the WMS (3PL Central), including, allocating inventory to orders, confirming and printing labels, and closing out orders with all documentation saved (BOL) and pertinent billing information noted.
Requirements:
- 2 Years experience at a 3PL / with WMS
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word Proficient
- Routing Experience to Major Retailers (TJX, Walmart etc.)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
- Proficient in Customer Service and communication both Verbally and Written
- Organized and works well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work onsite in Redlands CA (remote option not available)
Pay:
$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
