- Greeting patients, answering telephones, scheduling, and confirming appointments
- Entering patient information into the dental office system
- Assist new patients in filling out the registration form
- Great Customer service
- Keep Patient information and referral source spreadsheets up do date
- Send paperwork to new patients
- Ability to manage patients flow through the practice
- Ability to communicate effectively in a professional and courteous manner
- Experience within the dental field is a plus
- Experience using computers (Dentrix a plus) and MS Office
- Willing to effectively participate as a team member with the office personnel
- Committed to the protection of confidential information, records and/or reports
- Good organizational skills
- Must be a people person with a great attitude and attention to detail

- At the end of each day, our practices are environmentally cleaned and fumigated with a fog that kills any remaining traces of the virus
