THE WORK

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Hydraulic Technician who is looking for a challenging and diverse work environment while contributing to the development of innovative solutions.


In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting and repair/overhaul of Hydraulic aircraft components such as landing gear, pumps, brakes, actuators, valves and like components.
  • The operation of various test equipment including high pressure hydraulic stands and precision measuring equipment, and the return of the component back to service in an airworthy condition.
  • Quality workmanship and attention to detail is a must.
  • This position reports to the Shop Manager.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Hydraulic component repair experience; or possession of either a FAA A&P license or repairmen certificate.
  • Basic Excel, Outlook and Word skills are needed.
  • Education Requirement of at least high school diploma or equivalent.

Desired Skills:


  • Aircraft hydraulic component experience a plus.
  • An aerospace technical degree or higher is a plus.

Ability to Work Remotely:
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.


Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.


Schedule for this Position:4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
