    Description
    Job Description
    • Data Analysis and Exploration
      • Explore, clean, and preprocess large datasets from semiconductor manufacturing equipment to extract valuable insights.
      • Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in equipment data to inform predictive maintenance strategies.
      • Develop dashboards geared to analyze the health and effectiveness of the equipment.
    • Model Development and Implementation
      • Design and develop machine learning models for predicting equipment-related failures.
      • Implement predictive algorithms and integrate them into the software platform for real-time decision support.
    • Feature Engineering
      • Create insightful features from equipment raw data, configuration parameters, maintenance history, and other data sources to provide more intelligence to the system and enhance the model accuracy.
    • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
      • Work closely with software engineers, data engineers, domain experts, product management, sales, and other stakeholders to develop the right features for the customer and enhance platform capability.
    • Validation and Evaluation
      • Support customer evaluations by providing integrating useful feedback into quick turn-around releases.
      • Help provide the customer with a basic understanding of the platform to optimize their experience.
    • Documentation
      • Document model strategies and methodologies to ensure clear communication across the team and stakeholders
    • Stay Informed on Industry Trends
      • Keep up to date on the latest advancements in data science with a particular emphasis on predictive analytics in the semiconductor space.

    • Well-organized, strong engineering problem-solving skills, and accurate reporting
    REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS :
    • Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Software Engineering) or similar education.
    • 3 or more years of experience in agile software development in area of data processing & analytics
    • Experience in AI/machine learning framework, e.g. Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
    • Programming skills in Python, JavaScript / Typescript,
    • Familiar with cloud computing & microservice architecture
    • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in:
      • Linux & Windows OS
      • Docker container technology
      • Database technology
    • Strong interest in advanced data analytics, machine learning technique and cloud solution
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English
    • Well-organized, strong engineering problem-solving methodology
    • Team player with good working attitude and communication and interpersonal skills
    • Flexibility to travel internationally as required
