A Brief Overview

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

System Enhancement Identification Research, analyzes, and presents information to stakeholders, and provides input regarding potential system enhancements.
Process Documentation Documents and builds workflow, standards, and business processes to facilitate knowledge sharing within and across teams.
Oncall Support Provides oncall support, including afterhours support following the Franciscan Alliance support model.
Project Management Manages projects that do not require PMO oversight.

Qualifications

Preferred Bachelor's Degree
Required High School Diploma/GED
Preferred Master's Degree
5 years Relevant Work Experience Required
EPIC Certified (if required by role)
EPIC
