Responsible for membership sales, membership revenue generation, membership and resort guest engagement and overall satisfaction.


Essential job functions include:


  • Manage all aspects of membership sales from initial interest to contract signing, including updated membership software (currently Club Automation) and distributing welcome information / packets to new members.
  • Manage club membership waitlist.
  • Follow up with new members on a regular basis through their first three months at the club.
  • Create and implement new revenue drivers for club members.
  • Work closely with staff to ensure members are receiving the best in member services.
  • Assist with special events for membershiprelated functions, including managing registrations, creating BEOs, attending resort BEO meetings, and event setup.
  • Perform front desk duties as needed to interact with members as they enter and leave the club.
  • Sell and coordinate group sales of Sports Club activities for resort guests.
  • Track engagement of resort guests monthly.
