Greet and assist customers at the counter with product inquiries, orders, and returns.

  • Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
  • Answer phone inquiries and address customer needs promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the company's computerized systems.
  • Prepare invoices, quotes, and purchase orders.
  • Upsell and crosssell products to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Rotate stock to ensure the firstin, firstout (FIFO) principle is followed.
  • Assist in replenishing stock and reordering inventory items as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Prepare shipments for delivery or pickup, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks when necessary.
  • Stay uptodate on product offerings, industry trends, and HVAC system components.
  • Attend training sessions and product seminars to enhance product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist colleagues during peak periods or when additional support is required.

Requirements:


  • At least 1 year of experience operating forklifts; Certification is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
  • HVACrelated coursework or certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in HVAC or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Proficiency in computerized inventory and pointofsale systems.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Valid driver's license may be required.
