Your Responsibilities

  • Conducting activating basic care according to given standards and care concept
  • Assisting nursing staff in carrying out medical orders within the scope of the individual authorization certificate for the care assistant
  • Implementation of preventive measures
  • Observing and reporting any abnormalities of the patient to the professionals
  • Providing general assistance with daily activities
  • Regular updating of care documentation

Your Profile

  • Relevant professional experience in the field of care is advantageous, but also possible for career changers
  • Understanding of the situation of elderly and care-dependent people and their relatives
  • Communication skills, social competence, empathy
  • Teamwork
  • Performance and resilience
  • Driver's license (Class B)
  • Identification with the tasks and goals of the Catholic Church
