  • As an Injection Molding Technician, you will work with various teams to launch new mold programs as well as optimize existing mold programs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate injection molding machines to produce highquality products.
  • Monitor and adjust machine parameters to ensure efficient and effective production.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve any issues or defects.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and achieve production targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 5+ years as an injection molding technician or similar role
  • Expert level knowledge of injection molding machines/maintenance and troubleshooting of molding machines, tools, and materials.
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
