Job Duties

  • Private Lending Portfolio Management:_
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the Noble Capital private lending portfolio in line with the company's overall investment strategy and Private Lending Fund objectives.
  • Deploy people, processes, and technology to deliver institutional grade portfolio management platform grounded by visibility, reporting, business intelligence and best practices all aimed at delivering superior experience and returns to investors.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on portfolio performance, investment strategies, and market trends to senior leadership and investors.
  • Private Lending Asset Management:_
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including leverage providers, brokers, loan servicers, legal and other industry professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as finance, servicing and legal, to ensure seamless execution of investment strategies.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and modeling to safeguard the private lending portfolio against market fluctuations and unforeseen challenges.
  • Structure and negotiate strategic transactions to maximize returns and mitigate risks.
  • Private Lending Fund Management: _
  • Optimize Noble Capital's portfolio performance through effective asset allocation, risk management, and timely decisionmaking.
  • Effectively communicate portfolio performance and investment strategies to internal and external stakeholders, including key contribution to fundraising and capital markets.
  • Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure comprehensive understanding and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of economic, regulatory, and geopolitical factors on the portfolio, making proactive adjustments as needed.
  • Private Lending Investment Management:_
  • Lead due diligence and underwriting process for potential private lending investments, valuating financial models, market dynamics, and potential risks.
  • Drive credit culture and private lending products that create scale with capital partners.
  • Utilize data analytics and financial modeling to drive informed decisionmaking and optimize portfolio returns.

Background and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in private lending or real estate portfolio management within the private equity or investment management industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing private lending portfolios.
  • Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and proficiency in financial modeling.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Indepth knowledge of real estate markets, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and make strategic decisions under uncertainty.
