YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * You independently conduct interviews and contract negotiations with new applicants and ensure their hiring * As the liaison between clients and employees, you independently plan employee assignments and serve as the point of contact for all personnel selection questions for our clients * You acquire new clients for our services and provide dedicated and professional support to existing clients through personal visits for personal exchange WE ARE LOOKING FOR * You have completed training as a Personnel Services Specialist (m/f/d), a commercial training in the field of personnel and contracts, or a comparable qualification * You have experience in personnel management and are familiar with the relevant legal regulations * You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and are able to work independently and in a team * You are fluent in German and have a good command of English * You are proficient in MS Office applications and have experience with personnel management software
