    Description
    The Commercial Construction Project Engineer works to coordinate all pre-construction and construction related activities related to all applicable projects. Our client is a Colorado Springs based General Contractor with a nationwide presence. They are a culture focused company and believe in innovation and and open door policies.
    Commercial Construction Project Engineer will be assisting with the following:
    Work closely with team to maintain project compliance of scheduling, quality/safety control and other related activities.
    Review project to understand scope of work.

    Track submittals to match the Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule to ascertain procurement and delivery of all material for the job.

    Follow up with RFI's for the design team.

    Develop pricing and overall pricing strategies, work closely with team in the development to ensure accurate estimates and assumptions meet project requirements.

    Review and interpret documents from the architect on an on-going basis. Observe all areas of the construction jobsite in performance of the listed duties and expectations.
    A successful Commercial Construction Project Engineer should have the following:
    ~ Health, Dental, Vision, Life insurance.
    ~ Health, Dental covered 95% by client + 50% for any dependents
    ~ Projects based across the Colorado Springs area
