    Description
    Provide pre/post-sale technical support to end users for HVACR products:
    Assist customers in compressor, drive and controls selection for refrigeration systems/racks.
    Guide end users to select the correct refrigeration condensing systems/racks for their store formats.
    Provide Application Reviews of customer's system data.
    Train end user field technician teams on Copeland products, governing regulations, and alternate refrigerants.
    Identify appropriate replacement compressors and parts.
    Complete site visits providing start-up and trouble-shooting support.
    Support end user documentation and specifications.
    Engage Quality team to address compressor non-conformities and provide teardown reports.
    Aid Marketing and Development teams with voice of the customer feedback.
    Work cross functionally with other internal groups such as product engineering, labs, marketing, product managers, and sales.
    You are action oriented and find joy in helping customers apply technical products that help the environment. You instill trust by focusing on customer needs and are known for making high quality decisions.
    Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering background plus five (5) years of experience.
    Proficient with report writing, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
    Ability to travel 35-40%
    Legal Authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
    Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering plus ten (10) years of experience.
    Electronic Controls / Variable Frequency Drives knowledge as applied at the equipment/system level.
