    Catering Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities Include:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Ability to fully produce financial statements and budgets
    • 5+ years of experience with conventions and event planning
    • Create contracts, BEO's, event analysis and COG's.
    • Current ServSafe Certification
