DESCRIPTION:


A technical leader with a high degree of knowledge in the overall field and recognized expertise in specific areas; problem-solving frequently requires analysis of unique issues / problems without precedent and / or structure.

May manage programs that include formulating strategies and administering policies, processes, and resources; functions with a highdegree of autonomy.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree in health care information technology, computer science, or related area, and / or equivalent combination of experience / training.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience. Experience and proven success in information systemsimplementation, development and support within a largescale healthcare organization.
  • Incumbent must obtain certification in primary EMR module(s) within 4 months of initial hire.
  • Incumbent must maintain current certification for primary EMR module(s)as a condition of employment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 5 years of OR/Pre-Post/Procedural RN experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as a major participant in a clinical system implementation.
  • EPIC Certification preferred upon hire.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:


  • Must pass drug screen and TB test.
  • Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.

Annual Full Pay Range:
$101,200 - $192,200 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)


Hourly Equivalent:
$ $92.05

The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position.

The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
