We are looking for employees to strengthen our team in the area of tool preparer/setter/machine operator (m/f/d).

Your tasks will include dismantling, maintenance, and care of molds, including filling units, assembly and maintenance of operating equipment, determining the need for tool spare parts, as well as minor repairs and modifications to tools in coordination with the supervisor, and much more.

You can expect a varied job.

You will work in a 2-shift system from Monday to Friday.

Your tasks:

Mold assembly, including setting up filling units and providing readytouse tools
Dismantling, maintenance, and care of molds, including filling units
Assembly and maintenance of operating equipment
Determining the need for tool spare parts
Minor repairs and modifications to tools in coordination with the supervisor
Incoming inspection of delivered molds
Taking on machine operating tasks in coordination with the management
Changing molds in the machines, starting up and sampling parts
Operating and adjusting other equipment (media supply, etc.)
Ensuring compliance with all applicable UVV and other safety regulations
Taking on additional tasks as instructed by the supervisor
