Fallbrook wedding venue is a 55 acre well established, seeking to add to our team. The main responsibility is Set Up for our Wedding Events. You would be responsible for setting the event using the banquet event order provided to you.

This includes preparing the grounds for an event by blowing the property, moving chairs and tables, along with dishes, moving beer kegs into kegerator, filling containers of ice, and generally keeping the venue looking sharp.

Ability to remain flexible and communicate with wedding coordinators and office staff to achieve the desired result for our clients is paramount
.

This position is offered part time. This position requires long periods of standing and the ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs.

Ideal Applicant

The ideal applicant for this will be a strong communicator with the ability to stay motivated when working on their own with everyday busywork.

Flexibility, adaptability, and dependability are also huge. Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred. Weekend availability is a must

Key Responsibilities

• Carries out and ensures all information listed on the Banquet Event Order (BEO) is set up in our event and ceremony spaces
• Sets up ceremony site with chairs according to size of event.
• Moves tables and chairs for reception according to diagram
• Able to move dance floor when requested
• Polishes and ensures that events have water glasses and silverware
• Keeps storage areas neat, tidy, and organized
• Ensures that the venue space set up has been completed, cleaned, and checked by a supervisor before the end of their shift
• Keeps venue space clean, neat, organized, and presentable for our sales team and clients touring the property
• Familiarity with basic janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, sanitizing, window cleaning etc
• Any other duty as assigned by direct or indirect supervisor
