Description

As a full-time Clinician, you will be expected to maintain a caseload of 25 Clients weekly; Clients will be seen in person or via on-site telehealth.

As a Clinician, you will be responsible for providing psychotherapy services to clients, conducting assessments, and maintaining clinical documentation including treatment plans/discharges.

This role requires strong written/verbal communication and clinical assessment skills, empathy, cultural competency, and the ability to establish and maintain a therapeutic rapport with clients.


Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work or Psychology.
  • Licensure to provide Psychotherapy in the state of Connecticut or LMFT-A
  • Experience providing therapy and counseling services to individuals, couples and families
  • Knowledge of evidencebased therapeutic techniques and interventions
  • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality; adhere to ethical guidelines; uphold state and federal laws
  • Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency
  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
