Job DescriptionThis Project Manager will lead the project management of a global rebrand, moving from Kohler Energy to a new brand, to be announced.
The role coordinates the execution of the rebrand among numerous Energy business units managing priorities, timelines, budgets, and implementation.Specific responsibilities will include coordinating with business partners to develop a comprehensive list of deliverables, then prioritize and implement an action plan.
They will identify and manage contract creative resources to support asset creation.They will oversee installation and application of new visuals across all workstreams, and act as a steward of the brand, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and management of the overall project budget.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors' Degree in relevant field including Project Management or Communications
Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience
Expertise in project management processes.
Ability to develop strong relationships, collaborating, and communicating with business partners and leadership.
Assertive personality, defending what's best for the business.
Detail oriented and a high degree of problem-solving skills.
