Responsibilities:


  • Lead a fullcycle recruiting process of sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, hiring and cheering for all open assigned corporate positions
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share datacentric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships across management and key crossfunctional stakeholders internally (e.g. Talent Acquisition, HR, and Tech teams)
  • Support record keeping for the hiring process in our Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters), entering data and helping to maintain accuracy within the system
  • Keep abreast of external bestinclass recruiting processes and bring those initiatives to Equinox Group where applicable.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Growth mindset and results driven

Qualifications

  • At least 35 years of progressive experience in Corporate Talent Acquisition managing full recruiting life cycle
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related discipline preferred
  • Experience evaluating and presenting metrics that track recruiting effectiveness and delivery towards human capital and business strategies.
  • Knowledge and understanding of recruiting techniques, plan development, sourcing methods and compensation strategies for highly complex business groups.
  • Experience with developing diverse sourcing strategies.
  • Knowledge and understanding of recruiting systems and recruiting operations processes, strategies, and regulations.
  • Experience partnering with business executives, leadership, human resources/People services partners and peers.

Pay Transparency:
Min $45/HR
