We have an opportunity available for a Customer Service Representative to work within our Sales Team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for planning and managing customer experience activities within a multi-channel contact center environment while achieving standards of excellence.

What you will do:

Answer & properly handle inbound customer calls
Reply to customer emails & chats professionally
Create quotes
Enter orders
Develop collaborative relationships internally in support of Sales Departments growth strategies
Maintain knowledge of product assortment and have the ability to explain FABs to customer
Identify and enter leads from customer interactions
Promote excellence by providing superior service to all accounts and customers

What we need:

3+ years experience in a multi-channel contact center/customer service environment (B2B is a preference)
College Degree is preferred
PC literate, experience in Word, Outlook and Excel
Resolve various service opportunities thru the application of an effective course of action
Meet defined department standards
Maintain good working relationships with customers, co-workers, management and vendors
Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage a multi-task environment
Bi-lingual in French – oral & written
