Kitchen Manager (Human)


Your responsibilities include:

  • You are the star in the kitchen and plan all processes and trainings for the kitchen team.
  • You oversee the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meat, vegetables, desserts, and other dishes.
  • You plan and price the menu, order supplies, and are responsible for bookkeeping.
  • You work closely with the kitchen team to train, guide, and develop them.
  • You monitor hygiene standards (HACCP) and quality standards, ensuring their implementation by employees.
  • Preparing, making, and presenting food at the highest level completes your tasks.

What you bring:

  • Completed training as a chef with several years of professional experience in a (large) kitchen.
  • Experience with menu planning and implementation.
  • Service mentality and team spirit are part of your DNA.
  • You have good HACCP knowledge.
  • Good knowledge of German completes your profile perfectly.
