    Description
    *Job Description:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, be highly organized, and possess excellent analytical skills.

    As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial transactions and ensuring accuracy and compliance in all accounting processes.

    *Key Responsibilities:


    • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
    • Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely.
    • Perform accruals and ensure expenses are recorded in the appropriate accounting period.
    • Conduct monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
    • Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
    • Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial transactions are properly recorded.
    • Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation and support.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
    • CPA certification is preferred.
    • Years of experience in accounting or related field.
    • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Job Type:
    Full-time


    Pay:
    $ $45.00 per hour


    Schedule:

    • 8 hour shift
    • Monday to Friday
