Your responsibilities:

Conception and optimization of the tool and process landscape for inbound logistics, as well as establishment of a sustainable process management for the Corporate Procurement department
Conception, optimization, planning, development, and crossfunctional implementation of measures for overarching projects/topics, as well as process and system sovereignty in the area of inbound logistics
Conducting (project) controlling and/or tool maintenance in the respective systems
Conception and independent development of reporting structures, KPIs, and dashboards for controlling the department, as well as ensuring the implementation and accuracy of key figures
Consulting on investment decisions to optimize supply security, visiting branches and/or suppliers
Support in the implementation and development of the department's strategy, also on a tactical level
Continuous process development and optimization, including documentation and compliance checks

Your profile:

Successfully completed technical/commercial studies or equivalent training/education
Several years of relevant professional experience
Understanding of processes in the purchasing environment and/or supply chain management
Excellent knowledge of data analytics
Extensive expertise as well as additional knowledge of IT processes,
