Our Company
Quadrant Tool & Manufacturing Company ("Quadrant") is one of the premier manufacturing companies in the Chicagoland area. We've been providing the highest quality parts and assemblies to our customers for more than 60 years.

Our machinists and operators use state-of-the-art machines, top-notch tooling, and the latest machining methods to produce complex and high-precision parts from plastics, aluminum, alloy steels, tool steels, stainless steels, titanium alloys and others.

Our machining capabilities include CNC machining, CNC turning, wire EDM, CNC contour surface grinding, and tool room machining, as well as laser marking and automated quality control (CMM).

Quadrant provides parts, complete assemblies, inspection equipment, and tooling to the automotive, aerospace, medical, food processing, electronics and automation industries.

The dedication, talent, and experience of our team members have enabled us to earn the reputation of outstanding quality and on-time deliveries, and we work very hard to maintain that in everything we do.

This is why we have a number of customers who've been with us for more than 20 years and we aim to keep it that way.

Why Quadrant
We recognize that you have many choices when deciding on the next chapter of your career.

We recently polled our employees - some of whom have been with us for more than 40 years - asking them why they choose to work at Quadrant.

The most cited reasons for why Quadrant is such a special place to work are:

  • Clean, organized, well-lit and temperature-controlled facility that's easy to get to
  • Interesting and challenging work with lots of opportunities for growth
  • Family-like environment where people are quick to lend a hand when needed
