    SUMMARY

    This position is responsible for the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, budgets, and promotional campaigns for AMPP programs, products, and services while ensuring proper brand image across all initiatives. In addition, this position is responsible for overseeing all aspects related to tradeshows, including preshow marketing, planning, coordination, and execution for the AMPP Brand(s).

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns, based on business goals and objectives, across various channels, including digital, website, social media, email, tradeshows/events, and other traditional marketing delivery platforms, including cross promotional opportunities.
    • Create, write, edit, and produce compelling product positioning and messaging including value propositions that differentiate AMPP products, programs, and services in the marketplace.
    • Collaborate with cross functional teams to create engaging print and digital content for marketing collateral, websites, blogs, social media posts, advertisements, and more.
    • Develop detailed marketing budget plans, allocating resources effectively across various marketing initiatives, and manage expenses to ensure adherence to the budget while identifying areas for cost optimization.
    • Review, analyze, optimize, and report on marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the most effective marketing efforts are being implemented and/or modifying strategies to achieve revenue goals.
    • Partner with product owners to identify and leverage customer personas to develop targeted marketing strategies, tailored messaging, and personalized campaigns aligning marketing efforts to address their unique requirements and challenges.
    • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), for respective business lines, ensuring strategic alignment and consistency across all items generated by creative services, public relations, and web teams.
    • Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing campaign initiatives and ensure brand consistency.
    • Lead and execute all strategic, operational, financial and communication aspects of AMPP booths at AMPP events and 3rd party tradeshows that align with organizational and product line goals.
    • Partner with marketing colleagues to create effective tradeshows strategies for their business lines.
    • Plan and execute marketing communication through relevant channels promoting AMPPs participation in AMPP events and third party tradeshows before, during, and post show.
    • Coordinate with cross functional teams, vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of logistical aspects, such as booth setup, shipping, and on site support.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of tradeshows and recommend adjustments and improvements for future events to optimize results and achieve marketing goals.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and tradeshows, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven work experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role, working with clients/business lines, and managing multiple marketing responsibilities to meet or exceed goals
    • Strong knowledge developing marketing strategies, leveraging communication channels effectively and deploying marketing initiatives
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
    • Strong creative messaging, promotional copywriting/copyediting/proofreading skills
    • Solid experience in tracking, measuring, and analyzing marketing campaigns effectiveness and understanding of analytics
    • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Suite and database applications (Microsoft CRM)
    • Excellent organizational, planning, creative thinking, problem solving skills
    • Ability to multitask and effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Some knowledge of graphic design, video creation, and production processes

    TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

    10% travel is expected for this role and passport is required.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related communications field accompanied by five to seven years' experience developing, managing, budgeting, and successfully executing multiple product line marketing plans.
    • Alternatively, candidates without a degree must have ten or more years of marketing experience.
