Description
As the IHOP Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IHOP location. Your primary duties will include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, and driving profitability.

You will lead by example, fostering a positive work environment, and upholding our commitment to excellence in every aspect of our restaurant.


Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a highperforming team of kitchen and service staff.
  • Set and maintain quality standards for food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Monitor and control operating costs to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Implement marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement business strategies and achieve company goals.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fastpaced casual dining environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving financial targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software and systems.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay:
$45, $52,000.00 per year


License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (preferred)
  • Night Shift (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Stafford, TX required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Stafford, TX 77477: Relocate before starting work (required)
