Digital Content Coordinator (SM and Wordpress)

• Friday, with some nights and weekends

SUMMARY

DUTIES
a. Regularly update the website with new content, including news, events, and service details
b. Collaborate with marketing to implement creative strategies
c. Manage SEO and perform website audits
d. Gather and update website content from various departments
e. Monitor website performance and user engagement
f. Stay up-to-date with WordPress, SEO trends, and web design best practices


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
a. WordPress Website Management Experience

b. Social media marketing experience

c. Effective management and updating of company website

d. Collaboration with teams for content creation and marketing strategies

e. Implementation and monitoring of SEO strategies

g. Video and photo production knowledge

h. Good interpersonal communication skills.


5. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
a. Proven experience managing WordPress websites (required)
b. Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with SEO strategies
c. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles
d. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
e. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
f. Excellent communication skills
g. Creative mindset with an interest in marketing and digital strategies
h. Prior experience or education in marketing, digital media, or related field (Plus)


6. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
a. Reliable internet connection for any authorized remote work
b. Ability to work at a computer for long periods
