Job Summary:
We are seeking a Membership Navigator to join our team.

As a Membership Navigator, you will play a leading role in assisting members with onboarding, utilizing benefits and promotional opportunities.

Developing relationships and giving personal attention is paramount to meeting members' needs.

Your efforts contribute to the growth and retention of the membership base, and our advocacy role in the City of Falls Church.

Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with members and prospective members in order to respond to their individual needs
• Assist members in onboarding, website presence, and event posting on the website
• Communicate the benefits and value of membership to current and prospective members
• Lead Chamber Orientations for new and prospective members
• Promote the chamber and its' members exclusively
• Manage member records, invoicing, dues, and renewals
• Maintain the membership database, calendar, event registration and resources on the website
• Assist with event planning, set up, vendors and volunteers several times annually
• Manage chamber accounts, billing and ordering of office supplies

Skills:

• Customer service
• PowerPoint, Publisher, Word, and Excel
• Experience with website and database management
• Ability to work occasional mornings, evenings and weekends
• Self starter
• QuickBooks and graphics design are a plus

Office coverage is 9:00 am - 3:00 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
