    *Remote Contract Opportunity
    • Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Business Data Analyst position This is a 2+ month contract opportunity and can be remote in the United States. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Assist in implementation of the Data Management Program within assigned area of the Bank.
    • Develop a basic understanding of the data management practices.
    • Assist in calculating metrics to measure compliance with the business and Enterprise Data Management policy and standards.
    • Assist in documenting metadata for identified critical data elements.
    • turn complex datasets into clear and compelling narratives that support strategic goals and objectives.
    • Designing and maintaining complex spreadsheets that organize and analyze large datasets.
    • Implementing macros and VBA scripts to automate repetitive tasks and enhance efficiency.
    • Developing advanced formulas and functions to streamline data processing and calculations.
    • Creating dynamic charts, graphs, and pivot tables for data visualization and interpretation.
    • Ensuring data integrity by setting up data validation and error-checking procedures.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customized Excel solutions
    • Integrating Excel with other tools and software, such as databases and business intelligence platforms.

    What You'll Need to Have:

    • Bachelors degree and a minimum of 1 year professional experience, or in lieu of a degree, combined minimum of 5 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 year professional experience.
    • Must possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, used for data analysis, visualization, and complex calculations.
    • Deep understanding of Excel's functionalities, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, macros, and VBA programming to streamline tasks and solve intricate data-related problems.
    • Adept at transforming raw data into actionable insights and creating sophisticated models that drive decision-making in various business contexts

    Pay Range:
