    Job Description:
    • Perkins Coie is in search of a skilled individual to serve as a Client Account Administrator, handling billing statements and electronic claims transmission for client billing.
    • The role involves maintaining client relations, ensuring confidentiality, financial reporting, and attendance at committee meetings.
    • Essential Functions:
    • Administer billing statement preparation, correct errors, and ensure compliance with billing guidelines.
    • Monitor e-bill validation and approvals, resolve invoice rejections, and provide technical support during e-billing setup.
    • Manage collections, record-keeping, and assist in ad hoc reporting and audit confirmations.
    • Skills Required: Timekeeping, bookkeeping, legal billing, attention to detail, analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and Excel.
    • Education and Experience:
    • Candidates should have a BA degree and three to four years of relevant administrative and accounting experience.
