We are currently looking for a

SALES AFTER-SALES EMPLOYEE M/F/D

to strengthen our sales team at our location in Ellwangen.


Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing service inquiries, machine conversions, repair requests, etc.
  • Preparation of offers for spare and wear parts, conversions, and service assignments
  • Negotiation, processing, and handling of orders
  • Evaluation of inquiries, sometimes in collaboration with specialist departments
  • Planning and execution of assembly assignments
  • Order tracking in terms of quality, costs, and deadlines
  • Support of assigned key customers

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed training in a technical or commercial field, further training as a technician/business administrator desirable or equivalent qualification
  • First professional experience in the field of special machine construction desirable but not mandatory
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Good knowledge of English
