Hope Presbyterian Church is a caring community that equips disciples of Jesus Christ for worship and ministry in the reformed tradition.

We are looking for an individual experienced with audio visual production to join our ministry team in the role of Audio Visual Specialist.

This position will be responsible for event production, audio, video, and streaming broadcast support for Sunday services and some special events throughout the year.

• Pay rate of $2024/hour based on experience, 68 hours per week
• Sundays: 7AM to 1PM
• Setup, preparation, and production for two worship services
• Weekly: Provide A/V support to other ministry team members during content production
• Lead training sessions for A/V volunteer assistants
• Special Events to be paid on as needed basis at hourly rate

• Must be a committed Christian professing faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, exhibited by one's personal and professional lifestyle.
• Must possess the ability to train and develop volunteers to assist with AV ministry.

• Sincere interest in producing a quality A/V process for services, events, and special projects at Hope.
• Some professional knowledge of audio systems and largeformat digital consoles. Knowledge of Allen and Heath SQ5 digital soundboard is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with personal monitoring (ME500) and digital audio networks.
• Knowledge of video editing and related software, live and streaming video environments: Video switcher (Atem Mini Pro) with multiple cameras, Keyed computer graphics software (lower thirds), Presentation software (Proclaim), Streaming Platforms to Facebook and YouTube) detailed knowledge of projectors, displays of projectors, displays and video transmission.
• Technically savvy and able to learn new technologies quickly and thoroughly.
• Willing and able to develop volunteers and expand their A/V knowledge.
• Organized, punctual, and able to multitask.

• Audio and video mixing, monitoring, live stream production, and recording for weekly worship services and other ministries. o
• Prepare and operate A/V platform for rehearsals, worship services, events, and special projects.
• Communicate with pastors and music director to help facilitate Sunday A/V needs.
• Develop a Standard Operations Procedures manual for all A/V equipment and processes.
• Train, equip, and lead A/V volunteer team on Sunday mornings.
• Update and maintain production technologies regarding purchases, installation and upkeep of records and licensing requirements.
• Assist other Hope ministries with technologies and A/V production as requested.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Weekends as needed
