Job Responsibilities

Administration and optimization of multiple Active Directory environments (OnPremise/Hybrid) at Fort Leonard Wood
Management and development of various customer environments in the Microsoft 365 Cloud and its associated services
Consulting on M365 implementation and migration projects, as well as independently implementing them
Integration of third-party systems/products into the M365 infrastructure
Participation in the implementation of IT policies and IT security concepts
Monitoring, analysis, and documentation
Troubleshooting and issue resolution
Providing 2nd level support

Education or degree in IT or equivalent IT qualifications with several years of professional experience
Extensive knowledge in designing and operating Active Directory environments, including AD security, permission management, role and group design, and DFS
Basic knowledge of M365 services such as Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune, and Defender
Project experience in M365 customer projects
Knowledge and professional experience in user and license management of M365 basic services
Experience with infrastructure
