We are looking for a
daily companion (m/f/d) for our nursing home "Ruheheim" in Dresden-Bühlau, Littleville, AL, starting on The position is part-time (30 hours/week) and permanent.


Responsibilities:


  • Individually accompanying the residents in their daily lives
  • Planning and implementing activities for the residents
  • Participating in the planning and execution of celebrations and events

Requirements:


  • Qualification according to 43 b SGB XI is mandatory
  • Positive attitude towards working with elderly, caredependent, and dementiaaffected individuals
  • Resilience, commitment, and teamwork skills
  • High social competence
  • Identification with the goals and mission of Diakonie Dresden
