    • Always ensure Outstanding customer care.
    • Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns.
    • Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures.
    • Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.

    • You have two or more years related Front Office experience and one year as Supervisor.
    • You have excellent customer service and communication skills
    • You have a proven track record of leading/mentoring others and providing training and support to staff
    • You will Ensure safety by following guest check in and security procedures and reporting suspicious activity to security, manager, or MOD.
    • You are willing and able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. Work schedules will include working on holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
    The expected hourly rate for this position is $22.00.

    The actual rate offered will be at the sole discretion of the company and determined by relevant experience, qualifications, and skillset of the final candidate.

    A full-time team member in this role is eligible for health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401k, educational reimbursement, and paid time off, including vacation and sick leave.
