Oakland Infomotion GmbH is looking for a Data Engineer (m/w/d) to join our team.

We are passionate about extracting the maximum value from data and are looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm and has a strong understanding of digital technology.

As a Data Engineer, you will have the opportunity to showcase your entrepreneurial spirit by diving into our clients' business processes and methods, understanding their data needs, and implementing effective data management strategies.

You will also provide expert advice on data management, data warehousing, and data lakes. Additionally, you will design and implement modern cloud data platforms using Snowflake.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead projects and take responsibility for ensuring the success of our clients.

You will also support and mentor other team members.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in an IT-related field or a traditional vocational training.

You should also have several years of consulting experience in cloud, data warehousing, data management, or data lakes. Knowledge of cloud data platform architecture and development, particularly on AWS, Azure, or GCP with Snowflake, is also required. Experience with data modeling, such as Data Vault 2.0, is a plus. You should also be able to communicate effectively in both German and English.
